Tikehau Star Infra (TSI) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and execute various projects associated with the redevelopment of Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas and Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix. These projects are part of a collaborative Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintain Public-Private Partnership with the U.S. Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA).

As a Technical Project Manager, you will report to TSI and work closely with VIPA, TSIs development partner Aecon Group Inc., and several seasoned airport consultants as part of the SkyCity consortium. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain broad and deep expertise in the airport industry, covering areas such as commercial aspects with airlines and other stakeholders, existing condition assessment, design & construction, operations & maintenance, regulatory compliance, environmental permitting, human relations, community engagement, insurance, financing, and more.

The first six to twelve months will focus on structuring, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and processes related to the technical development, design, and construction aspects of the project. The subsequent four years will involve executing the technical design and construction in an active airport environment, supporting the development company’s leadership.
