U.S. Virgin Islands— SkyCity has appointed Basil O. Dosunmu as Chief Financial Officer, bringing nearly three decades of airport finance and executive leadership experience as the company prepares to assume operations of the Cyril E. King and Henry E. Rohlsen airports.

Mr. Dosunmu is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) with extensive experience in airport finance, administration, capital planning, and organizational management. He has held senior executive positions with Richmond International Airport, the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, and the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dosunmu will oversee budgeting, accounting, treasury management, procurement, financial reporting, and compliance. He will also support financing activities and help establish the financial controls, governance practices, and operational discipline necessary to support SkyCity’s long-term success.

Mr. Dosunmu’s appointment represents another step in SkyCity’s effort to assemble the specialized leadership required to responsibly modernize, manage, and operate the territory’s airports.
