The Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority approved the concept for a new terminal building at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. Croix.

Governor Albert Bryan Jr., Virgin Islands Port Authority Board Chairman Willard John, and VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe introduced VIports Partners at a joint press conference held at Government House in St. Thomas.

The Virgin Islands Port Authority Board of Governors has selected VIports Partners, a consortium, to redevelop the terminals at both Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX).
